On October 12, 2018 Emily last 4 of cell number is 3135 who is employed in the Kansas City Mo area text me at 7:07 am, she asked me if my sprinkler heads have been flagged, I replied yes and I mowed the lawn on October 11 like I was advised to do by this company. After taking the entire day off from work no one showed to aerate my yard I called the office at 816.527.9015 at 2:32pm and spoke with a customer service rep and she said Emily would be at my house at 3:30pm to give me my lawn aeration well 3:30pm no one showed at 4:17pm I get a call from Emily with this *** story about how the equipment isn't working properly because of the rain we had here in Kansas City, Mo but in the email I received from them they advise you to water the lawn so the steel rods goes easily in the ground and she asked if we could reschedule, I told her I called in sick from work for this appointment which was made 2 weeks in advance.

I will NEVER IN LIFE USE THIS JANKY *** COMPANY AGAIN, this is the worst company I have used for lawn aeration. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY

This is Emily and the aeration scheduling issues fall on Lawn Love. I would have contacted you further if I was able to do so.

The Lawn Love office will not allow aeration following any amount of rain. This is supposedly due to a high volume of claims of damage to customer lawns. They change the time of appointment, the prices they pay us, and the priority of jobs they allow to be done without proper notice to us or the customers. Double booking is rampant as well.

I personally have had 3 scheduled jobs disappear off the mobile app as I was looking at them. When asked, the office literally will tell me that I never had the job on my schedule. They also take away contact info of customers if they feel you are being too friendly or that you may talk about the pricing of a job (they keep 50% of the cost the customer pays). Lawn Love claims to have a brick and mortar office in Kansas City, but in reality it's only a virtual office, therefore they are grossly unaware of what the weather is really like.

When we got 10+ inches of rain in KC the second week of October I was questioned daily about why work was not being done.

It would literally be pouring and they would text " can you please inform me why you are not completing your scheduled jobs"? Omg avoid this company at all costs.
