Ordered their service after injuring my shoulder. Rescheduled my lawn service 6 times.
Only notified me of change 4 times. Last chance for Saturday. Oh yeah kept me on hold for over 10 minutes when I called.
They told me they wonโt reschedule this time. Weโll see

This is an update. They again rescheduled my service.
When I called and wanted to leave message they hung up on me after being on hold for 10 minutes. Their email does not exist. Services cancelled. Of course they wanted to fix it.

The business subs out the jobs to sub-contractors , they setup dates to do the job and place it on their app wait for one of the contractors to claim the job . The contractors canโt take the jobs because sometimes they have to take into consideration the cost of insurance, gas to get there , and gas for the equipment and $20-$30 a job doesnโt make sense when the job is 45 mins to a hour away the contractor would be paying to do the work so they donโt claim the job and your job is continued to be re-scheduled until they can find a contractor that can do it and be able to make a small profit on it . Some of the jobs are unrealistic on the distance they want the contractor to travel and the work they want done so contractors donโt claim them nobody wants to pay more than their making to do a job.
Sooo.. how do you answer them still running the card on file when no service was ever rendered..(after they cancelled by the way)???
