This is the email I sent to them. No one is ever available to answer the phone or chat during business hours.
I had a scheduled appointment for 7/17/25. I asked that no sit-down mowers come to my house since the last two lawn guys not only ran over my sprinklers and busted the line causing flooding in my yard, left clippings in the yard, but they also ran over lights that were 6-10 inches off the ground! Now the 7/17 appointment didn't show up! They marked the job complete and then complete again the next day.
I reached out to your chat support team, which marked the damage refund for only $10 on the 7/17 but still charged me. The contractor keeps pushing back the service day, and now it's way over a week. Meaning the grass has to be over 9 inches by now, and now they are saying the scheduled time is quality assurance, not mowing! This is terrible service.
On top of the fact I try calling during your business hours, and no one is available! This is the 3rd incident with mowing companies, and you're not vetting these guys! They have scuffed up my vinyl fence with these sit-down mowers and ran into things including sentimental plants!
They, as in the first two mower companies, because the third being Derrick and his gang haven't even shown up! I also am wondering why there is a holdup with scheduling a lawn treatment company?

They never finished the service! And the landscaper broke my French door window and I've notified them 3 times and all they do is text me that I still owe them for a service they never completed! th
The worker sent a rock right through our French door window, shattering the whole dual-pane glass window! I'm 80 years old, and I feel scared because someone could break right into my house and rape me or beat me up and take everything I have!
I've told them three times, and they won't do anything; they just ignore me! Because I'm 80 years old, they think I'll just give up! So don't trust this company!
And watch out for Angel; if he comes to your place, you're in trouble. He's going to break a window so he can come back and get in your house!

I have been assigned and completed multiple assignments apparently without being completely approved by this company and However never paid for three weeks and counting. After emailing my info multiple times nothing has been done.

Lying over multiple jobs that they state I did not do or did not show up to and still completed is a lie. They require pictures before and after each lawn job, and some jobs are better paying than others.
Some jobs are just not worth your time and aggravation. I showed up at a house yesterday, and the grass was 20 to 22 inches high, so I canceled the job and sent the customer a message that I was all set and his grass was too high to cut. Good luck. We don't know every situation until we show up, and you are a 1099 worker, so you have the right to cancel a job and move on to another.
My last customer in Hudson, NH, got my service, and it was relatively easy and clean; there was little debris and clippings as I believe the grass was cut a week or so ago.
Do not use @lawnlove or @lawnstarter; they are both the same evil company. Let's get them out of business.

No response to complaints.
I spoke to Lance 2 weeks ago about being charged for service that never took place. He promised I would receive a credit within 72 hours & 2 weeks later I have not received it. I want my money back.

The lady was very professional and easy to talk to and took care of the problem right away .
NoMy lawn was cut when it didnt need to be cut , I requested it not to be cut but somebody came by and started cutting it before I heard him , I told him I had requested them NOT to come cut it but he said he didnt get the message , now yall send me a message that my grass was high and you want to charge me another charge for that , THAT is a lie , my grass was very low , didnt need cutting .

Dude just opened my gate and just started to mow the lawn. Female's started to weedeat in the process they left a weeds in spread out areas on the property.
Being that one of the girls weedeater broke. My 10 year old daughter's garden that she'd been working on for months was just mowed over. My avocado, mango, and banana trees. He charged me Casper Lawn Services LLC $150 and Lawn Love keeps charging my credit card.
Was just being nice because I purchased a zero turn from Lowe's. This is way out of order...

I have reached out to several people at the company with no response!!
My last lawn mowing service has yet to be completed, however, the money was pulled from my bank account. I have reported this, however the issue was not resolved.
Now today I was assigned a new landscaping company to fix the issue and again marked as completed with no one showing up. I have kindly asked that I receive a 100% refund immediately with no response!!!

Yes, I called your company. I got the package deal where you come out twice a month and the deal was you were supposed to be coming out Monday or either Tuesday to do my 1 acre nobody showed up on the first day didnt hear nothing and it didnt rain and I was told you know you guys pick a couple days just in case of climate weather, which is fine.
It did not rain until like six or seven that day Tuesday, about 130 I was still wondering where you guys were my lawn still wasnt cut and I havent heard from anybody so I contacted you guys and then I was told it was gonna have to be rescheduled and another four days when I told you I had a very high lawn.
I have animals pool kids a mailbox driveway that I need to get to plus Im handicap and I was told its gonna be Monday or Tuesday and then it gets bumped all the way down to Friday so because they said because of weather and it did not rain Tuesday until night time but the person that contacted me Eric hes wonderful. He supposed to be coming out this evening after doing six more of his schedule and hes going to fit me in and Im gonna see how he is and I can give you a review from that but as of right now my lawn is still not done and Im just waiting and I was told it was going to be done this evening so Ill let you know.

There was a higher charge than I was quoted because of the lawn length. An email was sent me telling me of the increase but I failed to read my emails this weekend.
I called to let them know the credit card doesn't have enough on it to cover the extra expense. I advise them it will go through on Wednesday the 23rd. The woman I spoke to was very kind. She explained to me the difference and offered me a $25 credit which I thought was very reasonable and fair.
This is the only problem I've had and it is mostly my fault. I am extremely happy with the service.

They were supposed to come on Wednesday but didn't show, Thursday - no show. They sent a text on Saturday saying they came, but again, no show.
I've called three times and they keep telling me they are coming. Maybe by Christmas? They started off well - the first time was free or cheap.
I am very disappointed. I need my lawn cut; it's not rocket science.
