The lady was very professional and easy to talk to and took care of the problem right away .
NoMy lawn was cut when it didnt need to be cut , I requested it not to be cut but somebody came by and started cutting it before I heard him , I told him I had requested them NOT to come cut it but he said he didnt get the message , now yall send me a message that my grass was high and you want to charge me another charge for that , THAT is a lie , my grass was very low , didnt need cutting .

Dude just opened my gate and just started to mow the lawn. Female's started to weedeat in the process they left a weeds in spread out areas on the property.
Being that one of the girls weedeater broke. My 10 year old daughter's garden that she'd been working on for months was just mowed over. My avocado, mango, and banana trees. He charged me Casper Lawn Services LLC $150 and Lawn Love keeps charging my credit card.
Was just being nice because I purchased a zero turn from Lowe's. This is way out of order...

Service not completed but money pulled - multiple times
My last lawn mowing service has yet to be completed, however, the money was pulled from my bank account. I have reported this, however the issue was not resolved.
Now today I was assigned a new landscaping company to fix the issue and again marked as completed with no one showing up. I have kindly asked that I receive a 100% refund immediately with no response!!!

Who won you had me booked for three days and then when I called to find out where are you guys were to cut my lawn on the second day I was told that it was gonna have to be rescheduled four days later
Yes, I called your company. I got the package deal where you come out twice a month and the deal was you were supposed to be coming out Monday or either Tuesday to do my 1 acre nobody showed up on the first day didnt hear nothing and it didnt rain and I was told you know you guys pick a couple days just in case of climate weather, which is fine.
It did not rain until like six or seven that day Tuesday, about 130 I was still wondering where you guys were my lawn still wasnt cut and I havent heard from anybody so I contacted you guys and then I was told it was gonna have to be rescheduled and another four days when I told you I had a very high lawn.
I have animals pool kids a mailbox driveway that I need to get to plus Im handicap and I was told its gonna be Monday or Tuesday and then it gets bumped all the way down to Friday so because they said because of weather and it did not rain Tuesday until night time but the person that contacted me Eric hes wonderful. He supposed to be coming out this evening after doing six more of his schedule and hes going to fit me in and Im gonna see how he is and I can give you a review from that but as of right now my lawn is still not done and Im just waiting and I was told it was going to be done this evening so Ill let you know.

There was a higher charge than I was quoted because of the lawn length. An email was sent me telling me of the increase but I failed to read my emails this weekend.
I called to let them know the credit card doesn't have enough on it to cover the extra expense. I advise them it will go through on Wednesday the 23rd. The woman I spoke to was very kind. She explained to me the difference and offered me a $25 credit which I thought was very reasonable and fair.
This is the only problem I've had and it is mostly my fault. I am extremely happy with the service.

I a.m getting horrible service, they said they are coming and don't show up
They were supposed to come on Wednesday but didn't show, Thursday - no show. They sent a text on Saturday saying they came, but again, no show.
I've called three times and they keep telling me they are coming. Maybe by Christmas? They started off well - the first time was free or cheap.
I am very disappointed. I need my lawn cut; it's not rocket science.

Unreliable providers
I hired Lawn Love because we are an older couple with disabilities and we actually need this service. We got one mowing done on July 2 with a provider named Scott.
Through Lawn Love, Scott cancelled our service twice, the last one rescheduled for July 31.
We called to get a different provider; Lawn Love promised one for today, the 23rd, and again, they failed to come. One mowing was done, three were cancelled and rescheduled, leaving us with a horrible lawn.

Service was canceled months ago but I still have someone cutting my grass.
Canceled my service months ago but someone is still coming out to mow my grass.
The service was bad. Never showed up at appointment time. More than once.

Never ever called back with an estimate showed up without permission to cut my grass which I had already had cut by someone else
never ever called back with an estimate I never spoke to any person in person or by telephone. They did not give me an estimate. They sent somebody out here after we did not agree on anything because no one called me back and they expect to be paid really my grass was already cut by someone else.

There is a pipe in my yard that the guy who did my lawn ran over. It is now leaking water and if someone doesn't take care of it today, I will call my attorney on Monday and file a lawsuit!
My water bill is going to be outrageous! No one has contacted me.
Preferred solution: Fix this pipe on my lawn that has bee leaking water and costing me money. Get a plumber out here ASAP to 922 Granger Dr. Hinesville, GA 31313 it's an emergency!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE - NO STARS
Only cut half the lawn, then offered to "fix it" when I complained and sent in photos. Nobody ever showed up to "fix it", and I was given excuses for 2 weeks. Refused to give me a refund or finish cutting the s*it job they did.

No call...no show...many excuses via email and no follow through. All I can say is please do better.
