Horrible follow up and constant cancellations
This organization, both in response, and using their application, is absolutely horrible. I have had countless services canceled or postponed, and I have to make all the follow up and cold calls back to the organization because they do not follow up when theres an issue.
I work from home and have a disabled wife, so I have two jobs already in my life and I only get paid for one, so I expect an organization to maintain their promises, keep their promises and follow up and through on their promises!
I dont have time or money to waste with a company that doesnt provide, but they promised they will provide.
Do not use this company. However, if you want reliable service at a decent price.
By the way, the few people that came out to actually do a job in the yard have complained that they get a small percentage of the actual money that I pay this organization.

Just don't.
I got a quote for bush trimming and lawn mowing. The first contractor canceled and I didn't know.
The second contractor mowed all the yard, trimmed HALF of what I requested, and said he was coming back the next day (Monday). He did not come back all week, so Friday I reached out to support. Support's response was to take his entire payment away (including the lawn which he finished), leaving me with a pissed off contractor that knows my address and phone number.
They send a third crew who did a perfect job, finishes Friday, all is well.
Then they try to send a fourth contractor 4 days after the last lawn mow.
I contacted support and asked them to cancel because it doesn't need to be mowed yet. One customer support agent said that they can't cancel it and the other said that I need to cancel it myself.
